From this notice, Sezzle will be having a conference call to discuss the half yearly performance (Jan 20 to June 20). I strongly suggest that you attend the conference call if possible but I think investor relations will provide you with a recording if you email them.

The conference call will be beneficial to you as an investor because:

• Management discusses the company's performance in the last 6 months.
• Discusses trends it has identified
• Discusses Strategic initiatives
• Management provides commentary on short-term expected performance, KPIs, metrics.
