Ann: G Medical seeks delisting to pursue Q4 NASDAQ listing, page-37

I just read the announcement and I didn't read anything which reassured me that we will get to keep our shares. They state that the company will briefly be taken private. Is it possible that the Doctor is going to take over the company (at a massive discount to its historical value) with new investors and sail off into the sunset? Could this be revenge for denying him his performance shares? I hope I'm wrong on all counts.
