QBE can easily travel higher from here. Solid report balanced with data to indicate worst is behind it, and very well capitalised after recent raising. Only obstacle is future disasters that are not well provisioned with underwriting. Payment of small dividend is mildly optimistic of future returns. Let’s see if QBE can run up to around $13-$14 as it has before
