Look I think Rocky sounds and seems to have a deep understanding of rear earth industry no doubt garnered from his time at Mountain pass.. I like the man basically, its his south South Carolina accent or wherever the hell he's from. I don't know it sounds very honest and belies what happened during the raise... Or the raise belies what is going on with the man I can't say which..
All I can say is Rocky you better be balls deep in some prominent American politician ready to sell the massive growth and geopolitical protection that investing in Tanzania provides to the average American citizen.
