Fangk,the answer is fairly simple.Tls has always paid its div from EPS or NPAT. Tls has never used more than its NPAT figure to pay Div.. Example ,tls's EPS for FY 20 was .15.3 cents.Div will be .16 cents.EPS is calculated obviously by dividing NPAT by shares on issue. FY19 EPS was 18.1 cents Div was .16 cents. Very clear. I scrolled very fast down the approx 160 page report until i came across a picture of penn standing on a bushfire site looking out into the distance.The photo reminded me of kim jong-un sitting on his white horse looking out into the distance..If penn is so proud of his response to covid or the bushfires he should take a 50% pay cut like shareholders have. .
