If that article were true ask yourself why BHP is up 6.5% on the NYSE and heading for all time highs? IMO China wont get their iron ore much cheaper. BHP and RIO know what China needs and if they cant agree on price then China has to buy it on the spot market and pay more. So it all depends on how much iron ore China needs. (I think they need heaps.)
