At what point did 'financial distress' equate to record profits... Makes a mockery of the basic principles of property law. I've been against Lew from the start for his blatant disregard for the rule of law and refusal to pay rent. This result proves the disdain he has for the wider community. If its good enough for a billionaire making record profits, including off huge government subsidies, why would anyone want to pay rent ever again...
