Both have extremely well run and top notch properties. Both are run by two very dominant families (the Lowy's & Simon's). Both have a term called 'share of mind' - particularly Westfield where you think shopping, you think Westfield. The landscape created gives them a pricing power for many more decades to come, regardless of current environment.
