The annual report shows the consolidated holding for SIO at 22%. You will not see this on the top 20 holdings for reasons previously explained. That image I shared is straight from the annual report. If this figure drops it would mean a change in substantial holding notice.
I think your issue is you are trying to find this as a line entry on the top 20 and you will not be able to.
