You're right but I believe somebody posted today and I know@stockrock has previously that A) The FDA has never rejected ODAC positive recommendation in the last 62 instances B) Somebody posted today the FDA has never *ever* rejected ODAC when its been a decision as unanimous as 9-1
So in short the FDA has never rejected an application with the support MSB just now recieved. Ever.
