I understand that value of leases may come under some scrutiny but given all stores should be outperforming that should not be a long term issue.
Commercial property values are unrealised, so I could be wrong, but should not have an impact, as no-one seemed to care when they were revalued up?
Could be some good upside here as all retailers seem to be jumping around 10% on results.
