MLE gets a great review in the latest issue of AFR Smart Investor.

International tourism might be falling, but the upside for MLE is that in tough times, Australians will take cheap holidays at home rather than travel OS. In addition they will turn to cheap forms of entertainment like bowling. I expect the marinas business will suffer to some extent - I note MLE are selling their marina lease at Nelson Bay.

This stock has a bright future IMHO - excellent management, low gearing and the assets were all bought at good prices.

Just my opinion, not investment bible.
