New poster, I’ve held GMV for a while. I can understand why GMV wants to be listed in the States with the development of the Telehealth market over there at the moment. However, can anyone tell me which one of the NASDAQ listing standards we can expect to comply with? 1. Earnings 2. Capitalisation with Cash Flow 3. Capitalisation with Revenue 4. Assets with Equity It seems to me the exchange is quite stringent on these requirements, but maybe someone with experience can shed some light on this for me? Or is there another way to list on NASDAQ if you don’t strictly meet these requirements? Thanks

I believe there a different “leagues” within the NASDAQ and each “league” has its own unique criteria. Refer to the following link: https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/www.thestreet.com/.amp/investing/nasdaq-listing-requirements-15092402 We meet the general NASDAQ criteria and we meet the NASDAQ Capital Markets criteria. I’m not sure what the different “leagues” mean for GMV however. I’m still learning myself, I could be completely wrong. It’s rather confusing.
