Oversubscribed and all allocations fulfilled would actually be a negative. But hey this is another fund manager trying to grow it’s closed pool of capital!
The arbitrage and promised div is a lot of carrot that sits in front of a very big stick. Will most likely still participate but unsure about the amount. Have not yet listened to the investor call. Why did GW mention 15k and not 30?
