Marketing 101: who's the customer?
Is it hospitals?
Patients?
Medical practitioners?
Public funder?
Insurers?
Strategic sales theory would suggest it's a combination of all. There will be gatekeepers, influencers, cheque writers etc.
Track record in trial participant recruitment would suggest OSL doesn't really have a handle on these complexities.
Ex-investor who put a lot of faith in this treatment making an impact for sufferers and ultimately lost patience after 5 years. Any real impact still seems to be years away while management continues to string along investors.
