Still think I am recovering from Thursday all "nighter" woke up with the laptop still on but fast asleep the last hour or so. Whilst I love everyone's enthusiasm it struck me on the night that the FDA is an extremely staid and conservative bunch. Whilst I know they have not gone against an advisory board recommendation in recent times they have done in the past I will only truly be comfortable when it is a fact.

They are used to the pill drug pharmaceutical stuff and did not seem too comfortable with us I felt

Some of it actually did seem quite hostile in that civilised academic way.

and although we have so much coming up none of it is "in the bag" just yet and I am much less interested in hypothetical's at the moment than usual more on tenterhooks about what will eventuate in reality.

We are at the pointy end the trials are not in the bag yet either. Until they are, not long to wait I know, but all relative having waited 5 years or so - suddenly the prospect of a few months seems like an eternity.

Forgive me if I have more than a little anticipatory anxiety.
