They aren’t consolidating with anyone.. there is an announcement that will give you specific information on the details of the consolidation that may be helpful...
As robamac explained pretty succinctly, the total amount of shares currently on the register of ICG is being reduced from roughly 4 billion to 200 million.. this is called a consolidation.. and it still needs shareholder approval to execute..
Only you can decide when and where to invest.. however as an example:
If you buy 1 million shares at .003 today, (and for ease, the share price stays the same last day of trade before) after consolidation you would own 50,000 shares at .06 as the ratio is 20:1..
