I may chase it up but not a show stopper as the old losses weren't substantial. I declared a 10K capital loss in 2019 tax return and then declared the BIG loss (pardon the pun!) of 170K in 2020 tax return. From what you guys are telling me I have done what I need to do for the ATO to acknowledge. Thanks again all of you, much appreciated.
