Maybe the main reason for the cap raise at this point in time was to show RIO we are able to to do the aero's at My Cecilia. They were always going to need the money for the BFS etc; but just maybe RIO or Sibanye (for that matter) need to be sent a signal that we are not without means.

The multitude of cap raises since Nov last year had to be put behind us and COVID delayed MR approvals are perhaps a way of showing our underbelly; si this cap raise now for this amount at the very least sends out a clear message to our stalkers
