imho this could be either good new, bad news, or just news, and here are a couple of reasons why.....
a) why wouldnt you exercise your options for 30c when the current market is sitting at 49c........you would be crazy not to
b) agree its nice to see directors putting cash into the company
c) HOWEVER, we have no idea if and when the director will be selling, i know i would exercise in this case if i was a long term holder or a short term seller, either way i repeat you'd be crazy not to for a very good short term return
unless you know the true intentions of AD, this is just news
all just a very very humble opinion of an interested non holder!
