i dont follow tls but Fin review had them on the back cover pretty much saying they messed up on the government bid. Analysts who always thought they would do this slow dance with the govt but will eventually win the bid are now thinking its not going to happen and its going to cost them in the long term. Thats what i got out of it anyway.
