At this stage, unfortunately not.
It appears that this raise is almost identical to the one completed on the 1st of March, 2019 where they raised $17m via institutions in a couple of days.
Unlike the aforementioned CR, I am hoping that there will be 'changes in substantial holdings' which will give us (retail investors) an idea of interested parties.
I guess we will find out by Wednesday.
