re: hate to spoil the party for howareya San Mateo is one from that pre xmas rush in California, it didn't quite make the per citation cut. One of the RTS guys would almost certainly have been at the council meeting but even if not they would have known about the result within hours. The RTS guys do not miss anything.

As has been said before the company does not announce until the ink is dry on the contract, this is only a selection of RTS and the fine details will be thrashed out in the next month or two.
