I'm a bit worried, have seen lots of A2 infant formula stock in the market recently, some with short expiry dates. Australia based daigou activity has dimished as well. On Pinduoduo, a social selling platform in china, they have Stage 3 selling at 120RMB, which is now cheaper than our RRP in Australia. Spoken to some Daigou warehouses locally, they're saying they're all overstocked, I can buy the products cheaper from them than from Woolworths. They're saying grey channel wholesale prices in China are too cheap, plus air parcels are taking longer to reach the consumer from Australia, business has been terrible. Really don't know what to think now.
