Possible with a large retail contingent. I had another share announce today and it dropped 4% then went up 3.5% above open before settling around 0.8% up. Crazy. By the reaction on the forum it seemed some investors dumped without realizing much of the downside had been priced in already.
This is possible for NEA as it was re-rated down a while back and has climbed back as updates showed the downside was not as bad as first thought but not back to where it might have been otherwise.
I am thinking about a low-ball buy just in case it dips first.
