totally agree with you, the only reason I was so lightfooted in my initial description about ODAC's level of influence on FDA, it is there are a lot of "experts" that tend to tune in saying ODAC are an independent panel and therefor non binding, which in a sense may be true but I entirely agree with you a 9-1 vote cannot be simply ignored by FDA. I just hope they approve immediately and don't postpone pending more trials or some garbage...
