Guys this is just broker off screen selling. They will have an order to sell x units at x price. Generally the volume is a bit higher. Say you wanted to sell 2m units at 58c. You wouldn’t put 2m in at a market order. They’d have it so it reloads every time the SP reaches 58c - it’s almost like a rule based trade. That way you don’t scare off the bid. All normal if you know what to look for.
