    Regarding the $610M NAIF loan, I've estimated GNX will have to pay approx. $2.5M in interest per annum for their half of the loan for the 4 years KH is being constructed. Roughly $10M in interest even before EA start paying rent. I noted in the most recent broker report that EA will pay $80M per annum to rent KH, is that the prevailing estimate on GNX's annual revenue from the PH project?
