I understand the gaming that goes on pre-market to establish the opening price. I always like to look for anomalies or signs of intent by some participants. You generally don't find a retail investor can throw 6 x 200k bids on pre-market (unless they have the available stock).
That suggests there is an intent to offload some volume - or conversely, to pick up some volume by encouraging some buyers to show up on market with a few teasers.
In any case, it augurs well for some action today - whether good or bad.
I'm just not liking the balance of the market depth at present. However, that could simply be a ruse by a party (parties) wanting to accumulate more stock.
