You are absolutely right Cabe with the location being the only potential but I was really referring to the lacklustre sp action since the acquisition announcement. If you paid more than the current sp, which I certainly did. All you have to hold is the land potential. If you think the last announcement was just a pump. Then, sell. There's no use holding if you can make it up somewhere else. I guess that was my point & sorry but no special info...
