Focusing on KCGM, this is better than I expected. I expected some fiddling with the cut-ff grades and betting on the operational improvements to take up the slack (EVN Red Lake did this, to EVNs defense the original red Lake numbers where not JORC compliant). This is a 24.2% increase in tonnage and 10.16% improvement in grades at KCGM! Very nice not bad for an old mine...
