Hypothetical scenario.
Multiple Asian players currently receiving and testing high quality pilot plant samples. Conducting separate testing, making sure the product suits their needs. From there, these players are brought into a discussion about their required need over the next two-five years. This information and relationship building is used to sign multiple HOAs/on-paper agreements.
Eventually there are enough ‘on-paper’ buyers for 2,000 tonnes of product per annum. Eventually we get to the point where we have enough HOAs to prove that when the factory is built, we have customers already lined up.
I imagine this would be very useful to show to an international bank that any business loan can be repaid quickly and minimise risk.Could this be the current strategy? Amass ‘on-paper’ customers and then turn the hypothetical customer relationship into reality via business loan negotiated at record low rates? No giant megacorporation acting as bank for Argosy, instead diversified customer base with multiple relationships to further and expand with independent funding.
Does this sound likely or am I missing something?
