In Galli exercise, $130m/830m shares equal 15c sp. This is supposed to 1:1 ratio. When consolidated 127:1, logically sp still should be around $19. For instance if you hold 1m shares now, post Nasdaq you will own 7874 units @$19. So post Nasdaq sp ipo should be around $19 per share, is that correct?
