spoken to pendlebury finally and i asked about the non update - she was kinda defiant in saying that they did an update in around march there was a CFO shakeup and that they are not obligated to do any regular update (what an arrogant and prickly remark!)...
i told her i hope you will lose your job soon by a restructure - i know it is prickly to say that myself but she deserves it (together with SR!)...
