    interesting !!!!
    they extend the SPP on the original closure date, then a day later close it over subscribed with a scale back ta-boot. so those subscribers not getting the full amount subscribed for will have to buy on market if they want them ?
    this was what i suggested in my first post in this forum , very clever of them ?
