Pick-up,just reporting from the front lines.I run two hotels,and am in contact with other managers.The machines constantly make errors,and the times I have had to contact the company about them,they tell you to see your bank about the problem.The bank then attempts to recover your money and if your lucky,you'll have it back at the end of the week.You must of course keep your receipt.Eftpos is a much better system,but unfortunately the vendor pays the fees.I too saw the Australian article and just wanted to point out,IMO the system aint that good compared to proper bank ATMs.One of the other hassles is you must have a constant supply of new,clean notes to replenish the machines or they shut down,easy in a bank,not in a pub.I have no opinion on this company other than that.IMO a downramp is a post with an alterior motive i.e.trying to pick up stock cheaply by posting negative sentiment.I am simply reporting my personal experience with Customers ATMs...they are unreliable.
