Its simple, the market wants a big name contract win like a NSW or VIC gov again, if we don't get a big fish out of these upcoming contracts then we are likely to sit here or go lower. I agree with the poster above though, if we sign up a few more big or small, this will be double or more in the next 6-12 months.
And for the other poster above, if it gets close to those 3.8 levels you might have to up your bid, cause Ill be snapping em up.
