LGL is a quality stock. This pull back was expected after appreciating in price so quickly. It will retest $3 again and will break it easily next time.
Cost to produce GOLD for LGL is $400-$420 per ounce which means with the gold price at $800 per ounce they are making a very nice profit especially when they have forcast to produce 850,000 ounces of gold for year end 08.
Keep in mind they are debt free and the gold price is unhedged. ABN Amro has them prices at $3.90.
