Hi Cheesy.. according to the ASX rules, if your shares at the time of sale (when MGC take/sell them) are not unmarketable then they should be excluded from sale. If you had say 20,000 shares which was an unmarketable parcel in June but at recent SPs would be valued at $500 or over, that it is no longer an unmarketable parcel. I am having a dispute with them by email about this and demanding they re-instate my shareholding as it has not been unmarketable since they sent out their notice by email dated 22 June. From what I gather, the allegedly unmarketable shares have been gathered but MGC has not sold them yet. so you and everyone will be waiting a lot longer for any cheques.
