Could someone help me out interpreting
Form 605
Corporations Act 2001
Section 671B
Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder
1. Is Bond Street Custodians trading the shares ( or perhaps shorting the shares) owned by Salter Brothers Asset Management ($2 billion under management)?
2. Who is the substantial owner? - on page 1, it says Bond Street Custodians is the substantial owner and in the appendix, it says Salter Brothers Asset Management is the substantial owner.
32. Aren't these forms supposed to have more details such as
a. % of ownership before and after trades.
b. Price bought or sold at
c. how sold eg on market/ off-market.
I wonder if anybody at ASX checks these legally binding forms for content. I know ASX almost always declares them not price sensitive even though we have all seen them move the share price.
