LT holder here but even I must admit patience is starting to wear pretty thin. The response doesn't exactly fill me with confidence and I am seeing a lot of people expressing hope and faith for the future. No harm in expressing those views, but I believe that management genuinely need to be questioned about the performance. If there is no strong response at the AGM, it'll indicate that (institutional) investors are quite comfortable in seeing destruction of shareholder value. All the hope in the world ain't gonna fix underperformance unless there is change at the top or senior management pull the proverbial out of their you know what. Sometimes, people aren't a good fit for certain jobs.
