No, it is a pump based on a project that isn't going anywhere anytime soon. The pump seems to emanate from the silver deposit component of the project, however that is 7.7g/t which is low grade and uneconomical for silver.
The company has $21k cash in the bank and a stalled project in Botswana that isn't anything special.
Unfortunately a lot of people are going to get burnt here.
