i feel its solid accumulation and noticed that there has been steady buying the last few days without really pushing up the share price unnecissarily, maybe its a director buying but with the rumours of the IGC deal being almost done maybe they are in a blackout peroid however as i said looks like someone is accumulating, all i do know for certain is that its not me
