Ivermectin 150-200 ug/kg orally(their previous versions had 1 dose, but the latest says it can be repeated on day 2)

NZ - I'd imagine there is slim legal opening for one-off approval purely on compassionate grounds, even if a patient has nothing to lose.
I'd normally say no ... but if it were ever to happen, now would be the time.
