My guess is that BNB plan will get approve, if the situation was desperate then the stock would have already been put on a trading halt pending the bankers decision. BNB Allco moment was in December last year. They have survive that, and will likely to prosper in the future. Though share price will be heavily damage. That is why iam holding notes and not the shares.
