I think its pretty easy at the moment, if there is a net-tech company that is now mining or still doing the net-tech business, you don't invest in it if they have the same directors, since they all had their chances and are just fleecing off the small shareholders who keep believing some fantasy of richness which props up the shareprice and allow the directors to get paid.

None of these companies would go into liquidation if the directors wouldn't command such high pays just to run a company which does not sell a product for a profit...
