You said: "If you were dispossessed of your land, forced to live in squalor in view of your former homes, denied medicine and food...what would you do?"

You would do what Germans did after losing WW2. Clear the rubble and rebuild your houses. Admit that the old ways were wrong. Make peace with your occupiers, even if it takes decades. Bury your dead and honor them. Make atonements for past wrong doings. That is the only way to get your land back for yourself to govern and turn old enemies into new friends.

That is the only way.

Force will lead nowhere.
