This is what I am thinking. I have burnt my fingers and lost a lot of money exactly in such situations. However, I do not know HOW attractive PEX is for a predator. Maybe attractive for one with enough production capacity (e.g. AMI? others?) in the Cobar basin? Well...we will see.
