Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-6

Hi Bullwinkle1,

I just sent an email to CFO/Co Secretary Marcel Brandenburg requesting they remove the 'annual AGM question seeking to authorize the Board to issue up to 10% of the shares to raise Capital each year. (see below).

Clearly most shareholders Vote YES to every question by default - despite my intense explanations that voting NO would benefit all shareholders more than further dilution.

I hope more direct action, contacting the CFO/Co. Secretary may get more traction.

Hi Marcel,

I’d like the Board to remove the ‘’annual request’’ at the AGM for authorisation to raise up to 10% of Number of Shares - or similar, you know the question to which I am referring.

We long term Holders are looking for Capital Appreciation, rather than dilution.
