I'll be honest, I dont have too much detail on the company. All I know is that the business has enough money to last till a vaccine for covid 19 is widely available and it only went down because of covid fears. 53 out of 55 IELTS sites are open which is encouraging. I need to look at the report again but it looks like FY20 revenue and profit will be similar to FY19 (no big losses). I am personally optimistic on a vaccine and have taken risks as such... including buying WEB and CTD. Once a vaccine for Covid is widely available, I expect the SP to get back around the all time high in the mid 20s.
